Privacy Policy

Your information stays private.

Designing a home is an intensely personal process. You'll share details about your land, your family, your finances, and your vision for the life you want to live. That information is treated with the same care I bring to every drawing I produce.

What I collect

When you reach out through this website, I collect the information you choose to share — your name, contact details, and whatever you tell me about your project. As our engagement develops, that may grow to include details about your land, your household, your budget, and your design preferences.

I collect only what's necessary to do good work for you. I don't ask for information I don't need, and I don't gather data in the background about how you browse or behave online beyond basic website analytics.

What I don't do

I don't sell your information. I don't share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing platforms. I don't use it to target you with advertising. I don't share it with other clients or prospects.

The only people who may have access to your information are those directly involved in delivering your project — and only to the extent necessary. If your project requires me to coordinate with a structural engineer or a county planning office, I share only what that specific conversation requires.

I don't share your story with anyone else without your explicit permission. The details of what you're building, why you're building it, and what your family needs are yours.

A note on professional privilege

Attorneys and certain other licensed professionals can offer legally protected confidentiality. As a home designer, I can't extend that legal protection to our communications. What I can offer is a genuine personal commitment: your project details, your family's situation, and your financial information are not mine to share. I treat that as a professional and ethical obligation, not just a policy.

schedule

How long I keep it

I retain project records — drawings, correspondence, calculation notes — for as long as is reasonably necessary given the nature of home design. A home is a long-lived thing, and questions sometimes arise years after a project is complete. Keeping records allows me to support you if they do.

If your inquiry doesn't result in a project, I don't hold onto your information beyond what's needed for a reasonable follow-up period. If you'd like me to delete what I have on file for you, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information I hold about you, to request a copy of it, to ask me to correct anything that's wrong, and to ask me to delete it. None of those requests require justification. Just reach out.

You also have the right to opt out of any communications from me at any time. If I've followed up with you about a project and you'd prefer not to hear from me, say so and I'll respect that immediately.

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic server logs — IP addresses, browser type, pages visited — as part of normal web infrastructure operation. That data is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy, which I encourage you to review if it matters to you.

I may use a simple, privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read. I don't use Google Analytics or any advertising-based tracking platform. I'm not interested in tracking you — I'm interested in designing homes.
